Key Responsibilities
- Assembly of Modular structures
- Assembly and operation of mechanical and
- Assembly of LGS frames
- Inspects assigned area on a routine basis and performs maintenance where necessary to keep facility in functioning and serviceable condition
- Completes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures
- Assembly and repairs of various fixtures and hardware such as doors, panels, windows, fixed fittings, appliances, office equipment, etc.
- Reports any major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action as appropriate
- Adheres to Cpac Modular safety policies and procedures
- Other duties and task as assigned by manager
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Requires regular manual labouring activities, including the use of basic tools.
Skills Required
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and busy environment
- Ability to work in a team environment or to work as an individual
- Ensure all Health & Safety actions are preformed to the highest standard
Education:
- Safe Pass, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Working at Heights – all necessary training will be provided.
