At CPAC, the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are more than global targets—they’re a framework for responsibility and opportunity.

We see them as a shared language for action, helping us align our construction practices with the wider global mission of creating a fairer, greener, and more resilient future.

We’ve highlighted the SDGs most relevant to our business, where we can have the largest impact. Through what we do on the ground, in our operations, and the decisions we make every day.

Our buildings are designed for adaptability, reused, reconfigured, or expanded as needs change, supporting a future where the built environment is more circular, not linear.

Our work spans across various sectors including education, healthcare, and community facilities. Whilst meeting local needs and reducing the environmental burden of construction, we also make space for nature.

True progress means building with the community in mind—designing spaces that are safe, resilient, inclusive, and deeply connected to place.

We carefully select materials, source Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), and work with suppliers who participate in take-back and recycling schemes. We actively reduce offcuts through precision design, separate waste on sites, and promote reuse wherever possible.

Everything we use comes from somewhere—and leaves an impact. We choose to consume responsibly, design thoughtfully, and produce with care.

Climate action isn’t a future problem—it’s now. Every decision, every delivery, and every action counts. We’re committed to reducing our footprint and helping others do the same.

We are reducing our operational emissions, using lower-carbon fuels, and minimising energy consumption both on-site and in our offices. We’re also raising awareness across our teams through inductions, training, and behavioural change.
