Sacred Heart School Project Completion
This week we are sharing our recently completed major project for Sacred Heart School, Castlebar Road, Westport. In total we delivered twelve main classrooms, two science rooms, a music room (with a grand piano!), art room, and a home economics room across one two storey and five single storey buildings
From initial discussions to completed project took only twenty-four weeks. During this time, we undertook site investigations, groundworks, full design for manufacture including Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing, furniture design, delivery, installation, fitout, and commissioning.
We, as always, are very grateful to our clients for believing in us to deliver this important project.

Enhanced Community Care (ECC) hub, Clonskeagh Hospital
The glorious sunshine this week meant plenty of sun cream, water, and ice pops for our pac on site delivering another bespoke Hybrid Modular project.
This time the location was Clonskeagh Hospital and the project, an Enhanced Community Care (ECC) hub which is part of a €240 million investment in community health services nationwide.
ECC hubs will deliver more services closer to where people live, especially for older people and people with chronic disease in the community.
We are delighted to have been chosen by our client to deliver this vital accommodation and we look forward to seeing it in action.
Sustainability Matters here at Cpac Modular
#sustainabilitymatters to everyone in CPAC Modular and planting trees is our way of contributing to one of the United Nations 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs).
SDG 15 aims to “protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss”
We have partnered with WolfgangReforest.ie who plant 12 trees for each new offsite build project we complete. Wolfgang Reforest use an adapted version of the Miyawaki Method of Forestry which promises to grow mature native forests 10 times faster, sequestering more carbon CO2 and 100 times more biodiverse than conventional plantations.
Along with planting trees we are also committed to saving as many trees on our project sites as possible. The photos attached show how we have done this recently in Portmarnock. You can also view a recent Reforest Certificate given to Presentation College Terenure.
