Caritas House – St Vincent’s Private Hospital.

We’re thrilled to showcase our work for Moston Construction Ltd on the two-storey, 600m² extension to Caritas House on the grounds of St Vincent’s Private Hospital.

Designed by Scott Tallon Walker Architects, the development features a carefully considered material palette, including a blue/green roof, cedar click cladding to the first floor, and a combination of render and brick finishes at ground level.

Internally, the building provides high quality, flexible spaces incorporating a specialist SAT lab, offices, store rooms and a fully integrated vertical circulation via internal stairs and platform lift.

Sustainability and occupant well-being were central to the design, with the inclusion of an MVHR system and a rainwater garden enhancing both environmental performance and user comfort.
