Gaelscoil Laighean 

Over the course of 24 weeks we developed a brown field site into a new modular primary school for Gaelscoil Laighean, Mount Anville, Co. Dublin, in time for the start of the new school year.

A rapid design and build programme, delivered utilising our fully certified fire tested building system, gave the wonderful staff and pupils a modern high quality learning environment.

This project comprised of;
874m2 two storey modular building
basketball court
fire tender access road
major new traffic junction works
intelligent pedestrian and cycle crossing infrastructure
8mt high engineered precast concrete retaining wall
new services and connections
water run off management
environmental monitoring
tree line protection
finished landscaping
