Official Groundbreaking of New HQ – Dunshaughlin

We were proud to mark a new chapter in our journey this week with the official Ground Breaking Ceremony for our new home in Dunshaughlin.

From a vision to a blueprint, and now a shovel in the ground, this development symbolises more than just a building. It is a commitment to growth, innovation and community.

As our Managing Director, Seán Murphy expressed “This €16m state-of-the-art facility marks a transformative step for CPAC Modular, strengthening our position as Ireland’s leading modular main contractor.”

Mark Whitehead, Construction Director for CPAC Modular, added: “With a threefold increase in capacity, we are poised to deliver high-quality, sustainable infrastructure at scale and with accelerated project timelines.”

We would like to thank An Taoiseach, Micheál Martin for his attendance and words of support. “I am delighted to turn the sod on this modern manufacturing facility for CPAC Modular in Dunshaughlin. I look forward to seeing the completion of this wonderful facility next year.”
