This week we began the delivery and assembly of 3D volumetric modules for our clients new 3,600m² two storey primary school.
Offsite modular construction means both site civil works and the manufacture of building modules take place at the same time.

Enhanced Modular Building

A greenfield site located adjacent to Kishoge Community College is the location for a new 3,600m² two storey Enhanced Modular Building for Kishoge Primary School

Beginning October 2023, with a 72-week programme for all works to be complete, this project is the first Enhanced 3D Volumetric educational modular building in Ireland

Utilising our Common Data Environment (CDE) this project has seen rapid design development with collaboration between all stakeholders, client design teams, local council officials and our own inhouse design and engineering teams

First Day Back!

Safety is always our top priority in CPAC Modular and with 2024 up and running, we started the year with a welcome back toolbox talk.

Delivered by our Health and Safety Team together with Paul Lynam – Production Manager, the focus was on PPE, 6S LEAN production and equipment safety.
