From first design to client handover, we abide by our ISO 9001 quality management system to ensure the highest possible quality and our ISO 45001 health and safety process to ensure our mantra ‘WORK SAFE, HOME SAFE’.

Quality

At CPAC Modular, the Quality department is driven by a single, unwavering objective: delivering exceptional quality. Operating under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system, our goal is to ensure every unit meets the highest industry standards. Quality is embedded throughout every stage of the process, through production facility inspection audits during assembly, site quality audits, and independent assessments by our external engineering consultancy. All processes and procedures within the company are continually updated to ensure compliance and support continuous improvement.

At CPAC Modular, we don’t just build modular, we build smarter. Guided by Lean manufacturing principles, our production facility is designed for efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement. From design to dispatch, every process is optimised to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and deliver maximum value to our clients.

We follow a four-stage check process, through production, dispatch, installation, and final snagging, with internal and external ISO-certified auditors.
